To initiate the return process, please ensure you have the receipt, all of the contents, and the original packaging. You can either visit our store with video or images demonstrating any damage or email them to support@canadianvapeshop.com.
While you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, we will cover the cost of sending out a replacement. Once we receive the defective item, we guarantee to send you a replacement promptly.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover cases where you simply change your mind about purchasing the products; it only applies to issues caused by manufacturer defects.
Disposable Vape Policy
Every disposable vape undergoes rigorous in-store testing before being sold. If you encounter any issues with a disposable vape, please inform us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement. Once the disposable item leaves our premises, it is considered sold and will not be eligible for return.
